Monday, December 29th

363 days of 2008 have passed. Only 2 more to go. If ever there were a time appropriate to the Examen, I think the end of a year is it. A time to look back over a year and reflect on what was both life-giving and life-draining, as well to consider the year ahead.

I hope that 2008 brought you more consolation than desolation.  If not, I hope that there has been comfort to be found in friends, family, faith.

Here's to 2009 and a year filled with intentional, thoughtful living.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ooooOOOoooo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Although the examen is a Christian practice, I would hope that anyone who has something to share would feel welcome here. Also, if you don't have your own blog and would like to participate, share your bread in the comments. To holding on to what gives life,
Mary-LUE
